The geoip-database package has recently added the geoip-database-extra package.
It contains files that geoip-database-contrib replaces.
This caused the serious bug described in #767559 fixed in this NMU.

* Provides/Conflicts/Replaces also new geoip-database-extra package
(Closes: #767559).
