Please unblock package pyspf

As described in the bug related to this upload (#771547), this is a small (one
line of code) fix to a significant (important) bug that ought to be fixed for
jessie.

unblock pyspf/2.0.10-2

Unblocked.

I'm not particularly happy with the source format change (in fact, it's
on the "this will probably get you a flat-out reject" list) and this
should not be seen as implying any sort of precedent, but I'm willing to
accept it at this point to make maintaining the package in stable
easier.

Adam
