Please unblock package mpd. This disables a decoder that relies on an
incompatibly-licensed library (mpd and its mp4v2 decoder are GPL-2+, but
libmp4v2 is MPL-1.1 which is not GPL-compatible).
Florian Schlichting fixed it in git but hasn't had time to upload the
fixed version, so I've done an NMU with his permission.
