Hi Release Team
As started to discuss in in #767411 the torque branch 2.4 should
preferably not be released with Jessie, as it is a quite old branch
long already unsupported upstream.
#767411 can also be used as blocking-bug to prevent torque migration
to testing until updated to a new upstream release after the Jessie
release. It would be great to see a newer version of torque shipped
with Stretch.
torque dependency for openmpi was already removed in the NMU by Julien
Cristau (1.6.5-9.1), and there is pbs-drmaa remaining (maintainer is
X-Debbug-CC'ed), which should be removed as well.

Can you consider removing torque (and pbs-drmaa) from jessie?

Salvatore
