In addition to regular debdiff, here's a link to the changes in the mentioned debian-specific patch: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-qemu/qemu.git/commit/?id=e0b29d29cad40046ac460c544a63f7d65517d75f since I renamed the patch file to reflect reality, debdiff includes removal of old patch file and addition of another. The link above shows differece between the two files, -- these differences makes it clear that the changes aren't that large compared with whole file removal+addition.
