Please unblock package electrum.
This version fixes an issue where creating a new wallet or restoring from seed
through the GUI was impossible (bug #764138).
I have attached the debdiff; the upstream source change itself is only 3 lines
of changes, the rest is just adding the patch to the quilt series and the
changelog entry.
