The wv binary package links its documentation to libwv-1.2-4 without
using dh_installdocs --linkdoc and lacks the "(= ${binary:Version})"
dependency required by the Debian policy. #776253
I uploaded an updated wv with the maintainers permission and the
corresponding .debdiff is attached.
