Sorry to hear that, but in such case, if we are going to follow rules
strictly, I would expect you to do the right thing and reject 2.9-2+deb8u1
from security.debian.org, as it clearly does not fix any security bug
in the hello package. Currently, update-excuses say this:
* hello_tpu (2.9-2 to 2.9-2+deb8u1)
+ Maintainer: Santiago Vila
+ NEEDS APPROVAL BY RM
+ Not considered
