Control: reassign -1 motion
Control: retitle -1 motion fails to detects newer ffmpeg and silently disables
all ffmpeg features
Control: severity -1 serious

Hi,

Please don't do a binNMU, the package fails to detect ffmpeg and will silently
disable everything. This is already affecting all non-amd64 packages (i.e. the
ones I didn't build myself). I will fix this shortly.
