For those reading on debian-release, Ondřej's mail was CCed to the p-u
bug but didn't make it to the list, presumably due to the size of the
attachments.

[...]
+php5 (5.6.15+dfsg-0+deb8u1) jessie-security; urgency=high

Please make both of those "jessie" instead (so that it doesn't appear
that the packages were released via the security archive) and go ahead.
