This should be resolved soon too.
The pprepair & prepair issues have been resolved without the need for removal from armhf, since cgal 4.8 the libcgal-qt5-dev build dependency is no longer required for pprepair & prepair and so has been dropped again. The vtk6 issue on mipsel remains. texlive-bin (2016.20160513.41080-1) fixed the FTBFS on most architectures, but still fails on mips, mipsel & sparc64. I've reported #824260 for this.
