JFYI, this won't help. Since wheezy lts uses security.d.o and minit is not know there, a sourceful upload will be needed to be done instead of a binNMU. This means the version will be something like 0.10-5+deb7u1. But speaking of minit: Should minit possibly be removed from Jessie as well on the next point release? The same reasons which lead to the removal from unstable in #804367 would apply here as well: > The package description states "experimental and not easy to install > and use".
