According to #838781, Turkey has a significant timezone change at the
end of this month. Although both the 2016g and 2016h updates from IANA
has been in unstable and testing for a long time, these updates are not
included in stable and oldstable releases yet. Also the tzdata-java
package from the same tzdata source package is not generated in testing,
and this makes it impossible to update the package manually from testing
because of missing dependency of tzdata-java. Could you please look into
this and update the package to stable and oldstable repos as soon as
possible?
