I updated ruby-gpgme and ruby-highline.
They both build fine with pbuilder and are lintian clean.
ruby-gpgme (2.0.0-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Added myself as uploader.
* Build depend on gem2deb >= 0.3.0.
* Bump standards version to 3.9.3 (no changes needed).
* Use copyright format 1.0 uri.
* Changed short description.
