I'm still trying to get http_parser.rb work with system http-parser
(libhttp-parser, C - damn these so many parsers!). My upload was
http-parser (C implementation) and it is in collab-maint.

It is already uploaded, it had an ITP already so may be useful in
itself. But we should add conflict with ruby-http-parser in
ruby-http-parser.rb
