Hello! I'm just wondering about $subj state (I mean plans for their uploading). The latest Ruby-tzinfo (1.1.0) requires them for its work. I saw that Cédric Boutillier has updated ruby-thread-safe several days ago, but ruby-atomic needs work to be done (I can do it).
