Looked at ruby-org as a potential culprit here, but it was not
updated during this interval and upstream test pass when changing
version to 0.9.12 in Gemfile to match version in debian.
It started failing from 2019-12-26 and looking at the diff between
testbed-packages from artifacts.tar.gz it is caused by libedit2
