It fixes a problem introduced by the dbcommon-mariadb transition.  I would
like this to transition out of NEW and into testing.  I will have the

results

of testing by the time that happens.

Redmine 6.1.3+ds2-1 has migrated to testing.  I have uploaded redmine
6.1.4+ds-1 to experimental and tested it with ruby-commonmarker 2.10.0-1.  I
think we are ready to upload them to unstable.
