You can get source/binary package from ftp://ftp.logic.ru/pub/logic/linux/debian-russian/irussian* (they are also distributed Debian russian release by IPLabs Linux Team, but i can't maintain them in Debian because i have no time. (eleventh grade, going to institute, you know...)
