Hello debian-russian, Люди! Похерилась база dpkg, так что теперь apt-get upgrade не делается.
Например apt-get install bind возвращает Reading Package Lists... Done Building Dependency Tree... Done Package bind has no available version, but exists in the database. This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents of sources.list E: Package bind has no installation candidate dpkg --list показывает только небольшую часть установленных пакетов (недавних).
