Greetings! I've successfully rebuilt maxima on trex using the newly mprotect-enabled gcl, but the same combination still fails to autobuild on l003092. I suppose it could be some other issue which is causing the autobuild to fail, but I cannot reproduce it in any case.
All of the new maxima autobuilds will later fail when the package invokes dvipdfm to rebuild its documentation. Please ignore that -- I've filed a bug against dvipdfm already.
