Imagine i've allocated 10% of my CPU to the Linux LPAR. When it boots, the system gives Linux 5%, let us say. >From now on i'll be able to use only 5% of the CPU resources on Linux. But >what about if the system now gives the full 10% resources ... how would Linux >be able to assume that 10%?
