And while we're at it, the fsm module in drivers/s390/net taints the kernel, as it has no license.
Since it says in the source that it's derived from the isdn4linux fsm,
and since isdn4linux is GPL, that would make fsm GPL, right? In which
case, someone should stick
MODULE_LICENSE("GPL");
in fsm.c.
