Try:
dpkg -i kernel-image-2.6.8-3-s390x_2.6.8-5sarge4_s390.deb \
        initrd-tools_0.1.81.1_s390(2).deb \
        module-init-tools_3.2-pre1-2_s390.deb

Note: no idea where the "(2)" comes from, but you will probably need to 
rename that file first or escape the brackets: "\(2\)".
