The hppa porter box paer.debian.org has been replaced and is now available for developer access. It is now a dual CPU rp2470 provided by HP.
Also, we have a second s390 porterbox, zelenka.debian.org, kindly provided by ZIVIT (Zentrum fuer Informationsverarbeitung und Informationstechnik). It is running on an IBM System z9, two generations newer than the system that hosts raptor.debian.org.
