The very latest daily at the place you found should select a bootloader and a kernel. It was broken until this weekend. A blog post shall appear on planet.d.o about that work in the next days. I did not test it in hercules though. The netcfg link detection timeout will be fixed with the next daily. Kind regards Philipp Kern
