Package: libeigen3-dev Version: 3.3.4-4 Severity: wishlist I tried to build TensorFlow with the eigen3 library shipped by system instead of a downloaded one during build time but it failed.
TensorFlow upstream uses the fd6845384b86 (2018-06-22) commit currently. https://bitbucket.org/eigen/eigen/pull-requests/410 https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/pull/20254 The previous commit the TensorFlow used is e5e305a158a0 (2018-06-21), which seems to be included in the 3.3.5 release.
