Bug#823529: paraview-python: Cannot import vtk inside pvpython

actually the problem stems from paraview-python depending on python-vtk6 
which is WRONG

paraview 5.4.0 is build with a "custom" vtk7.
It should ship its own python-vtk7 to work.
There must be some change to cope with that issue!!!
