I think it's time to remove the cba package:
* cba been dead upstream for many years (last release over 9 years ago)
* cba has low popcon - inst:230 vote:12
* cba has no reverse dependencies (according to dak rm)
* last maintainer upload was over 8.5 years ago
* I had to NMU cba for the last wxWidgets transition 5 years ago, and
it's now a blocker for the current wxwidgets3.0-gtk3 transition. I
seem to have become the de-facto maintainer, and if I was the actual
maintainer I would be filing an RM bug.
If there are no objections within two weeks, I'll turn this into an RM
bug.
