Dear maintainer(s),

With a recent upload of numpy I noticed your autopkgtest fails on arm64.
Because of that I noticed that your test requires unlimited internet
access. We recently added the needs-internet restriction to the
autopkgtest definition [1], you should add it to your autopkgtest
declaration.
