I'm going to upload src:lapack and src:openblas sequentially, with
the following changes:
1. enable building DEPRECATED routines for BLAS64 in src:lapack, which
were enabled for BLAS32.
2. B-D on src:lapack (>= 3.9.0-3) for src:openblas. The resulting
openblas64 libraries will contain the "deprecated symbols". for 2
reasons
1) julia builds its own openblas64 without disabling the
deprecated routines.
2) in this way we can align the functionalities provided by
the BLAS32 and BLAS64 versions.
After the two steps I'm removing the embedded openblas from src:julia.
Do you have any not-commited pending chagnes? Shall move forward and
upload them?
