A workaround [1] has been added upstream so the addon manager switches
back to no-git/HTML download in case the "git" module has no "Repo"
attribute and FreeCAD continues gracefully, so this bug can be
considered as fixed upstream, but this seems like a weird error anyway
and indeed probably something wrong with the git module rather than
FreeCAD...
