Dear Colleague,

With the monitoring requirements becoming more demanding, as the E.C. is
further simplifying and streamlining the management system (i.e., the financial
regulation) for the new Programming Period, and with the recent inclusion of
the PM² to European Interoperability Framework's Tool Box, the Methodology
emerges as a necessary and irreplaceable asset for those dealing with European
Projects.

EIF Tool Box was designed as a guidance for national public administrations to
equip them with the necessary tools to align their National Interoperability
Frameworks (NIFs) with the European Interoperability Framework (EIF), in order
to promote interoperability at national and European level.

In European Academy we have designed and launched a unique 2-day training
course on the implementation of the PM² Methodology in international
collaborative EU funded projects. During this two-day training, the Critical
Success Factors (CSFs) of project management will be discussed and participants
will understand how PM² addresses them. With the help of workshops and
exercises, at the end of the course participants will be in position to start
implementing some of the PM² best practices which will increase the quality of
their project management.

The completion of the course entitles participants to pursue the PM² Basic
Certification. At the end of the training participants receive the proof of
training and a complimentary voucher for the PM² Basic Certification.

For any further information or details, please feel free to contact me.

Best regards,

Camille
