retitle 1019050 postrm template: failed to remove
'/usr/lib/*/fortran/gfortran': No such file or directory

This bug does not belong to libsuperlu-dist-dev. The postrm code
addressing removal of /usr/lib/*/fortran/gfortran comes from the
template provided by dh-fortran-mod.
Note the preinstall template refers to fortran/gfortran-* where postrm
refers to fortran/gfortran.
