Hi,
upstream setuptools-scm-git-archive is obsolete -- setuptools-scm >= 7
contains everything needed ; so I would like to drop the package from
Debian.
Unfortunately, statsmodels' d/control still mentions it as a b-dep. But
that is incorrect, so it can be dropped.
