Severity: serious
numba autopkg tests fail (triggered by gcc-10), and blocking gcc-10 migration.
Looking at the test log, the compiler isn't used for the autopkg tests, so this
is most likely an issue with numba.

This problem was probably fixed back in 2020 when Matthias Klose
reported that numba 0.51.2-1 migrated to testing.
It's certainly building with current gccs at the end of 2023 with
0.57.1+dfsg-1 and 0.58.1+dfsg-1
