Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.
But I doubt that it's lapack's job to provide that manpage and
therefore adding B+R wouldn't be a correct solution.
So the manpage in lapack probably needs to be renamed.
