As the Uploader of the Debian package wordnet that should not be really
hard but currently I do not want to touch new packages. Please let me

Sorry for the fuss. This was already mass-merged by Colin Watson, who
proposed a patch, and then I went ahead and made a team upload
to fix the problem in nltk:

The fixed package propagated to testing five days ago.
