atlas FTBFS when compiled on the praetorius powerpc buildd, with "Illegal
instruction". See for example:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=atlas&arch=powerpc&ver=3.10.2-6&stamp=1416663558

The problem seems specific to praetorius, since atlas successfully compiles on
other buildds: parry, poulenc, porpora and powerpc-unicamp-01. It also compiles
on partch, the powerpc porterbox.

Note that the build of atlas is made as generic as possible, but there is still
some PPC asm used. It's probably in that direction that the root of the problem
should be looked for.
