Hi Leo,

* Chris Hofstaedtler <[email protected]> [2025-05-09 01:04]:
Package: libompl-dev
Version: 1.6.0+ds1-4
Severity: serious

Your package libompl-dev Depends: libopenmpi-dev, but this package does not exist on armel, armhf, i386.

This blocks migration of your package to testing, see https://qa.debian.org/ excuses.php?package=ompl

Issues preventing migration:
libompl-dev/armel has unsatisfiable dependency
libompl-dev/armhf has unsatisfiable dependency
libompl-dev/i386 has unsatisfiable dependency

This is due to the dependency on libopenmpi-dev which was added in

https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/ompl/-/ commit/172979d27734afcebab5d6274427aabbb336fede

which is not available in armel, armhf and i386.

@Leo: is there any reason for that dependency? I don't find anything related mpi in the source code.

Honestly, I'm not sure. It was put at the beginning and has been maintained by inertia. I check it and I prepare a new version.

Thanks for report it.

Leo
