the hdf5 library seems compatible with the hdf5 library available on buster.
one of our package need the virtual dataset.

We didn't manage to backport a more recent h5py to buster,
but v3.7 is in oldstable and bullseye got v2.10.0,
so I think it's time to close this bug.
