Unfortunately openblas 0.3.31 is still triggering the slepc4py test error, https://ci.debian.net/packages/s/slepc4py/unstable/ppc64el/68701435/ I'll try adding some diagnostic info to the slepc4py test to get it to report which CPU the test is running on.
