Please exclude *.pl from dh_compress. Both doc_index.pl and
doc_header2doxygen.pl needs to be excluded from compression step.

Hi Mathieu,
I'm closing this because the the perl scripts are now installed
uncompressed in /usr/share/vtk-6.2/doxygen and are part of the libvtk6-
dev package. With the gdcm-2.6.3-2 upload I updated the
03_linkvtkdoc.patch accordingly.
I'm sorry that I didn't document this properly in the vtk 6.2.0-dfgs1-5
changelog entry, I only documented the move to the according files to
the libvtk6-dev package.
