Dear Leo,
please make the healpy package dependent from python-astropy and
python3-astropy instead of pyfits.
Pyfits is now an obsolete package and should be replaced by astropy.
There will be no further development of pyfits.

Dear Ole,
Thanks for the bug report. Upstream, healpy 1.9.1 *requires* astropy instead of
pyfits. Now that the new upstream version is in sid and stretch, this has been
resolved.
