To follow-up on two older threads here: SLURM is now in Debian unstable as package 'slurm-llnl' [1]; it depends on 'munge' which is already in testing. Gennaro maintains both packages, and has done nice work on these.
Readers of debian-science who are looking for a batch / queue system should consider slurm which is under rather active development upstream -- see http://www.llnl.gov/linux/slurm/ for more on slurm. Cheers, Dirk [1] There already was a smaller tool called slurm, hence the longer slurm-llnl -- Three out of two people have difficulties with fractions. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
