How about hosting it in > Debian-Science's git repository (Debian-Med thinks that it is borderline > for its packages)? I could then prepare an update. (I admit that my > motivation is to train using git…) I tried to package newer versions in the previous years, but I found some copyright issues that prevented me to do so. I tried to contact upstream and didn't get any answer from them, so I let it be. Last time I checked is seemed that those copyright issues were gone, but I guess I just didn't find time for it. I'd be really glad to team-maintain it, so it's OK for me. Anyway, I have never used git myself before, so I'm kinda a bit lost with it. It would be a great excuse to learn git, I simply hope that it doesn't have a very difficult learning curve. To sum up, I think it will be great to maintain it in a team, but I have never used git before, so I'm open to suggestions about how to do it :) > http://packages.debian.org/sid/avida-base > http://sourceforge.net/projects/avida > http://devolab.cse.msu.edu/software/avida/ > > Have a nice week-end, Thanks!
