Christophe, In order to fix the issue I previously reported, simply add the following patch :
http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/Utilities/IceT/src/CMakeLists.txt?root=ParaView3&r1=1.8&r2=1.9 I tested it on my side and now ParaView 3.6.2 (yes 3.6.2 and not 3.6.1) is building fine for me.
