as I'm the maintainer of one of the packages (cba), I´d like you to
upload the changed makefile with the added -lm switch as pointed out
from the ubuntu-developers
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=601806), Sylvestre,
would you do this for me, I updated the git repo? On my machine this
enables the build with the binutils-gold linker, if that is the goal
behind all of this.

Hi,
Matthias Klose pointed out in PM that those bugs will become RC soon and
we should care about bugs mentioned at

and
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?tag=no-add-needed;[email protected];[email protected]
It would be great if Uploaders of these packages would inspect the
problems of their packages and rise the issue here if it is not
straightforeward to fix these bugs. Then we will be able to provide
help here or otherwise use other Debian help channels to get rid of
these bugs.
