Dear Anton, the 621003-done construction is only for recipient address of emails sent to the BTS. Commands sent to [email protected] in email's text body have their own syntax. In your case, “fixed 621003 2.5.0.dfsg-6” will mark 621003 as fixed in 2.5.0.dfsg-6, but will not close it. You can find the documentation of the BTS control server here: http://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control When no browser is available, I use the man page of devscript's “bts” command as an alternative.
