Hi, I've just received this message from the author of libmetis... probably you've also received this, but I think this can be of interest anyway for the list.
Also, maybe we can try to ask (again...) him to consider another (and free) license before the release of the new version of the library? Even though in the past he has showed no interest in changing the license, maybe it's wort a try asking.
